Refreshing.

I’m just back from a couple of days away in Palma, Mallorca.

The start of 2024 has been intense as I continue to navigate my cancer journey. In 25 years of running my own business I find these kind of short breaks vital to get some space and rejuvenation especially when you're going through a challenging time. You are not in a big organisation that can support you, you have to do all the supporting yourself. You have to be everything to yourself when you run your own business.
