Tips for sharing personal stories at work

One thing that stands out across all my work running storytelling training programmes is this: the power of the personal story.

When you share personal stories, it opens a door into your world. It builds engagement with your team. It helps those around you understand your values, where you’re coming from, what’s guiding you. It creates empathy. It builds stronger relationships with others.
