Now more than ever - writing down what really matters
One habit that’s made a big difference to the quality of my life is writing my weekly Good Times list. It's something that's become even more important to me during these last couple of months of lockdown.
So if there's one thing you can do to help your well-being right now, do this. Start your own Good Times list to notice and record the moments and experiences in life that bring you joy, or that energise and fulfil you. This one thing will help you appreciate what really matters, and to do more of them. It's simple to do, and you need nothing more than a pen and paper.
